Engineering - Zintec CNC Laser Cutting

We offer high speed CNC laser cutting for zintec using fiber technology and direct programming capability from 3D modelling files.
CNC laser cutting of zintec has traditionally been impracticle because of the fumes generated by mainstream CO2 CNC laser cutting systems.

With our new BySprint Pro Fiber 4020 laser cutting machine we can now offer cost effective high quality CNC zintec laser cutting from sheets of up to 3000 x 1500mm.

Applications

Zintec is typically used for electrical applications and non aggressive environments such as domestic white goods, light fittings and building materials where minimal atmospheric exposure is expected. Typical applications include washing machines, lintels, electrical junctions, air conditioning plant and car bodies. Our CNC laser cutter is suited to both heavier gauge zintec sheet as well as thinner gauge materials for fine limit sheetmetal engineering.

CNC laser cut zintec profiles can be supplied flat as well as formed, welded, fabricated, machined and assembled to customer specification.
