3D modelling systems include:

• Solid Works (2015)

We can work with all file formats compatible with these systems including Catia and Pro-Engineer developed files.

Production Drawings

We are able to work directly with production drawings. CNC laser cut parts can be sent straight through to the factory floor within minutes. Forming can be processed with equal speed although set up of tooling is required.

Digital Prototyping

We are happy to support digital prototyping of components working quickly with electronic revisions for testing complete with inserts, finishes and assemly if required.

Manufacturing Preperation

Where required we have the inhouse skills to handle any degree of manufacturing preperation to take into account design oversight or improvements to cater for efficient design for manufacture and reduced production time.
