Engineering - Galvanised CNC Laser Cutting

We offer high speed CNC laser cutting for galvanised using fiber technology and direct programming capability from 3D modelling files.
CNC laser cutting of galvanised has traditionally been impracticle because of the fumes generated by mainstream CO2 CNC laser cutting systems.

With our new BySprint Pro Fiber 4020 laser cutting machine we can now offer cost effective high quality CNC galvanised laser cutting from sheets of up to 3000 x 1500mm.

  • Nominal sheet size: 3000 x 1500 mm
  • Sheet thickness: 10mm
  • Maximum simultaneous positioning speed: 140 m/min
  • Maximum axis acceleration: 12 m/s2
  • Galvanised grades: A653, hot dipped, electrochemical and electrodeposition sheet (factory finished)

Applications

Galvanised is typically used for heavy duty applications where a low material cost and high corrosion resistance is required. Typical applications include building materials such as stairs, railings, street furniture and functional architectural metalwork including signs.

CNC laser cut galvanised profiles can be supplied flat as well as formed, welded, fabricated, machined and assembled to customer specification. Finished items can be powder coated to provide an coating to the edge if required.
