Tube Bending
New for 2005, the Soco RC50NC NC tube bending machine capable of putting 8 bends into a 2" (50.8mm) diameter component with a high bending accuracy (±0.1 degree) and an NC control unit with touch screen. Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper tube bending.
Tube bending and tube manipulation constitutes one of the largest components of our workload, primarily for the production of access platform cherry pickers & baskets. The Soco RC50NC offers exceptionally high quality tube bending and also allows us to offer this as a sub-contract service.

Access
PlatformsThe majority of our work involves the fabrication of cherry picking baskets for the Milton Keynes based company Niftylift who make self propelled, trailer, vehicle and track mounted special purpose vehicles.
We manufacture over 40 baskets like this a week using over 20 different drawing specifications associated with different model vehicles.
Gas ConversionsWe also have experience with much smaller tube fabrications. A large bulk of our work includes prototype and production LPG conversion parts for OEM's.
Hand
Rails This handrail is made from 18mmØ tubing with punched & welded flanges and finished with a black powder coating.
General
Tube BendingWe supply components to clients ready for secondary work within their own facilities working to regular scheduling agreements.
Small
Fabrications This item is 450mm wide, fabricated from 19mmØ 304 stainless steel tube and was part of an order for 500.
