We
have a strong association with a number of local automotive
companies for whom we undertake prototype and production
work.
Some

- Renault
- Niftylift
The fabrication of access platforms and cherry pickers
is by far the largest element of our work. Annually we
produce over 1000 platforms a year for Nifty Lift.
We
also have significant experience in the specialist vehicle
conversions including Landrovers and police cars.
This includes AMPR bracketry for cameras and gas conversion
units. Much of this work is for Millbroooks who specialise
in vehicle conversions and produce in over 15,000
vehicles a year.
A long term area of work has been the fabrication of spares
for Bedford trucks which we usually manufacture in batches
of 1-25 off. Another area in which we carry out alot of work is in
the machining of components for use in airport 6 & 8
wheeled crash tenders, including machined parts, bolts,
cotter pins,
couplings, splines and shafts.
