Machining
We offer conventional horizontal & vertical milling and turning services suited to prototype, one off and small batch work. As well as our inhouse machining capability at the Moreton Park site we have recently acquired a dedicated machine shop on the Dunstable Road in Luton which allows us to offer full subcontract conventional machining services. Work that cannot be managed inhouse is sub-contracted.

Turned
PartsThese mild steel bars have been turned and bored. The item to the lower left has received secondary milling in 2 dimensions to produce a locking clasp.
Precision
Metal ComponentsOur highly skilled engineers are are fully equipped to machine precision components in a range of materials. This component, machined in mild steel and finished with a zinc plating is part of a gas conversion unit being prototyped for a local car manufacturer.
Large
Capacity These 60mmØ tubes are 1m in length and have a 25mm slot milled along their length.
Bar
Work These mild steel bars have initially been countersunk on the lathe and will be internally tapped.
Tapping & Thread
TurningA wide range of tapping and thread cutting can be undertaken to include standard metric and imperial sizes as well as specialist applications such as bespoke square acme threads.
ToolmakingWe made this presstool inhouse utilising our milling, turning and grinding facilities.
