CNC Punching

We offer CNC punching of sheet metal upto 2500mm by 1250mm and 6mm thick.

The Trumpf TC200R Turret Punch (Trumatic 200) which is used for all our punch pressing has a press capacity of 20T with a punch accuracy of ±0.1mm and is equipped with an automated tool load/unload system. Maximum speed in the x axis is 80m/min and 55m/min in the y axis. We have a large range of tools to suit any job and carry out all tool maintenance inhouse to ensure optimal performance.

Holes and perforations can be punched up to 76mmØ.

The punch press is used for a wide range of jobs including small profiles, brackets, panels and enclosures and is the centrepiece of our capabilities.

Blanking of high volume components such as washers and spacers can also be undertaken.

All programming is carried out offline using proprietary software which enables us to carry out automated nesting to optimise metal use and reduce set up time.
